Getting Halloween Ready

We are about three weeks away from that fun night of costumes and candy, but are you ready? 

According to a National Retail Federation survey conducted by BIGinsight, 7 in 10 Americans plan to celebrate Halloween this year, and they plan to spend an average of $79.82 on decorations, costumes and candy. They will end up spending $28.65 just on costumes alone this year.  Is that what you have spent?
